Patrick puts his 25+ years of experience in the technology industry to good use.
After 2 years in the engineering program at State University of New York at Buffalo, Patrick found his calling with technology and attained a degree in Computer Electronics. After graduation, his professional career began with the Dictaphone Corporation in 1981, where he held various positions performing field service in Western N.Y. In 1988, Patrick relocated to Cleveland, Ohio for a promotion to Assistant District Service Manager and eventually became the District Service Manager for all of Northeast Ohio.
In March of 1999, Patrick segued to PlanSoft Corporation and the event industry. As a project manager, he led implementations of the Ajenis meeting planning software for major clients. He was quickly promoted to Manager of Implementation Services and eventually became the Director of Client Services. In that role, Patrick was responsible for all client training, product implementations, and client support.
His next step was to Experient, where he managed the design, creation, and implementation of a 400-seat CRM that linked Sales, Marketing, Operations and Accounting into a single, well-oiled system. From that start, he grew into a larger role as Director of Market Intelligence, responsible for CRM, Client Surveys, Market Research and Competitive Intelligence.
In retrospect, Patrick's past and path was the perfect journey to launching Brainpound, where today he is dedicated to assisting organizations in getting the most out of technology, especially CRM, Emarketing and Presentation Software.
